ASSOCIAZIONE OMNIS

Mission

The OMNIS Association is a non-profit organization, founded in 2008 with the aim ofcreating “space” for comparison and exchange between representatives of different ethnic groups here in Umbria. The association’s idea takes shape in a multi-ethnic and multicultural society of the Third Millennium.

Since 2010the OMNIS Association has modified its business, due to a change of leadership.It now devotes itself exclusively to a the field of vocational training.

To pursue this goal,the OMNIS Association requested and obtained accreditation as a training agency, in the Umbria Region in October 2010.

It immediately started to design and plan European training courses and projects. Subsequently, it obtained accreditation in some inter-professional funds for the realization of continuous training courses.

Omnis’ objective is to supply constant and continuous professional advice to companies, business people and workers.

Omnis aims at professional training and refresher, upgrading of skills, improvement of professional resources at companies,using fundsfrom Fondiinterprofessionali.

Omnis is also involved in thecreation and development of innovative qualifications through the alignment of VET policies within the regional, national and European economic development strategies, as well as the development of partnerships among training organizations, education institutions and the labour market.

INCENTIVE AND SUPPORT TRAINING ACTIVITIES

Services

The Omnis Association supplies a variety of services aimed at promoting and supporting professional, social and cultural activities in order to foster cooperation, exchange best practices and the enhancement of individual skills.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING 

The Omnis Association organizes training courses,which are financed through public and private funds with the objective to acquire competences marketable in the labour market.

EUROPEAN PROJECTS

The Omnis Association guarantees specific counselingtailored to the needs of each client, by identifying, among the different types of funding, the best solution to transform clients’ ideas into concrete projects.

TRAINING AND LEGAL SEMINARS

Promotes, implements and supports training activities, seminars and conferences before and after graduation, for the development of issues, related to the legal profession, aimed at acquiring skills and abilities, especially practices, for the application of the right to life cases.

CULTURAL EVENTS 

TheOmnis Association organizes cultural events, seminars and conferences.

BUSINESS CONSULTANCY AND WORK SAFETY 

TheOmnis Association arranges solutions in order to maintain, innovate and develop the skills of human resources operating within companies through the use of specific funding. It also provides advice through professional courses so that companies can achieve the legislative compliance on safety and health in the workplace imposed by the regulations in force.

The Omnis Association offers a series of services aimed at encouraging and supporting training, professional, social, cultural and recreational policies in order to promote cooperation, the exchange of experiences and the enhancement of individual skills.
